Our Promoter, Mr. Ram Kumar Goyal, laid the foundation of our construction business in early 1980s by establishing a sole proprietorship firm. As the scope and scale of operations expanded, our Promoters, namely, Ram Kumar Goyal and Naresh Kumar constituted a partnership firm to carry out its operations. In 1998, our Promoters established a partnership firm pursuant to a partnership deed dated April 1, 1998, which marked the beginning of our operations. In early 1999s, we received a project for constructing a single layer brick lining of barsole feeder from RD 5000 to 10000 and earth work excavation and cement concrete lining 1:3:6 for raising of Fatehabad Branch from RD 184750 – 226000, which marked our early efforts in structural construction. Subsequently, we started focusing on construction of bridges and in Fiscal 2003, we completed our first road over bridge project that included earth work and retaining wall along road and other allied works in connection with Chandigarh-Ludhiana New B.G. rail link in Chandigarh. Through the partnership firms, our Promoters diversified their technical capabilities in executing various types of projects over a period of time with a focus on irrigation infrastructure and construction sectors covering construction of canal systems, drainage systems, brick canals and concrete canals. By Fiscal 2012, we enhanced our focus on structural works, positioning ourselves to undertake complex and large-scale infrastructure projects across various segments.
We have a track record of executing projects within a stipulated time, thereby ensuring no liquidated damage.
We have been able to achieve such a track record with our continuous efforts to optimize the use of resources and up-to-date technology with the help of an integrated in-house team of engineers and various professionals.
